Courts The Malverne Village Court is located at 99 Church Street, Malverne, NY. Conferences and Trials are held on Tuesdays.  Judge Lisa Confusione and Judge James Dougherty preside over all the cases.  The Court generally gives time to pay fines.  Defendants who retain an attorney, generally do not need to appear, however, attorneys appearing on behalf of their clients should have a notarized authorization.
